SpaceXSI launches Grok Voice 3.0, claiming the top spot on Artificial Analysis's speech-to-speech index

Grok Voice 3.0 is available now in the Voice Agent API at $0.08 a minute, the same price as Grok Voice 2.0. The company says it scores 86.9 on Artificial Analysis's Speech-to-Speech Index and already handles 20,000 Starlink support calls a day.

SpaceXSI, the company behind Grok, announced Grok Voice 3.0 on October 14, calling it "the world's most intelligent speech-to-speech model." The company says the model has latency under one second, costs less than other frontier models, and already powers millions of conversations a day across Tesla and SpaceX.

Citing Artificial Analysis testing dated October 13, the company says Grok Voice 3.0 ranks first on the Speech-to-Speech Index with 86.9, ahead of Grok Voice 2.0 (81.3), OpenAI's GPT-Live-1 (Astra, Medium) at 83.2 and Gemini 3.8 Live at 82.6. It also reports 98.5% on Big Bench Audio, 97% on Full Duplex Bench, and 71.6% on the τ-Voice support-call test, which it says is comparable to GPT-Live-1 at 40% lower latency. On ServiceNow's EVA-Bench for enterprise voice agents, it says the model posted the highest accuracy score, 74%.

"Grok Voice 3.0 sets a new Pareto frontier on EVA-Bench," Nitin Aggarwal, senior director of product management at ServiceNow, said in a quote included in the announcement. The company says Starlink call centers use Grok Voice to answer 20,000 customer calls every day in multiple languages, with roughly 70% resolved with no human in the loop and one in four sales calls ending in a purchase. These are the company's own figures.

Grok Voice 3.0 also runs in Tesla vehicles and powers Grok Bot's voice mode, according to the post. It is available in the Voice Agent API at $0.08 per minute ($4.80 per hour), and agents using the grok-voice-latest alias have been switched over automatically.
